Quality Control

As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand we are required to undertake a quality review process.  This review ensures our services continue to be provided with professional care and competence in line with our quality standards and comply with relevant standards and professional ethics.  Other regulatory bodies may also conduct surveillance or reviews to monitor quality control.  As part of this process our client files are subject to review.

As a result of this quality review process, your client file may be chosen for inspection.  If this occurs, we will make every attempt to contact you to advise you of this.  By accepting our terms and conditions you are authorising these files containing your information to be reviewed in this way.
